Yesterday, the Ministry of Citizenship was created by President Jaxson Renny. The purpose of the Ministry is to create a simple way for people to apply for citizenship of Phillip. Cooper Norfolk, who is also the Minister of Elections, was appointed to be in charge of the Ministry. A form was created to aid new citizens in registering with Phillip and also provides them an opportunity to give Phillip territory.
If a new citizen wants to give territory to Phillip, they can select yes on the form. They will be contacted later regarding the details of the territory. This form is expected to be released within the next month.
